Account Sign Up & Activation

Please be informed that you will be signed up automatically as a new joiner. Look out for an automated Welcome to DEBI email to activate your account.

Benefit Enrolment

No, you are not allowed to change your package within the year after enrolment is closed. For more questions regarding your employee benefit & the duration, please contact your respective HR.

You can change to another package when the new year starts again.

DEBI Kesh (Only applicable to participating corporates)

DEBI Kesh (DK) is the currency in the DEBI platform and can be used to claim e-vouchers, products and services offered in DEBI Mall.

DEBI Kesh cannot be used to claim or exchanged for monetary currency outside of the DEBI platform.

As a DEBI user, you will have an allocated DEBI Kesh entitlement for your company.

There are various methods to earn DEBI Kesh such as achieving daily steps, joining events, or fulfilling the various bonus criteria set by your company.

DEBI Kesh (DK) can be used in the DEBI Mall to claim e-vouchers, products and services.

*Please check with your respective HR on the start/end of your company entitlement year. Note that cash vouchers may be taxable.

Your DEBI Kesh must be used within the year* and it cannot be brought forward.

DEBI Mall Vouchers

Most vouchers will expire within 60 days from date of redemption.

However, some vouchers may have longer expiry dates, which will be stated on the e-voucher.

How to Redeem Vouchers

  1. Select which voucher you prefer.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click the Redeem Now button.

How to Use Vouchers

  1. Click My Voucher.
  2. Select the voucher you would like to use.
  3. Click Use Now — your voucher will be displayed.

*Ensure you are ready to use the voucher before clicking Use Now, as it will be marked as Used. You can still click View Again to display the voucher after.

No – once you have redeemed a voucher, you will not be able to get a refund or exchange even if it is not used at the DEBI Mall.

Yes, you can at participating DEBI Benefits Panels. Use the DEBI App to obtain an exclusive discount voucher and show it to participating DEBI Mall merchants to confirm your active DEBI account.

No. The DEBI Mall merchant needs to verify your active account before offering discounts. You must show the exact voucher page to receive the discount/offer.

Yes, you can for participating merchants. Please check the voucher details for mentions of stackable vouchers. It will appear as multiple transactions on your DEBI App and is accepted.

Yes, you should keep them for:

  • Optical — Warranty.
  • Health Screening — Yearly personal income tax.
  • Enquiry by your HR team, if applicable.

Yes, for certain merchants — it will be indicated at the point of redemption in DEBI Mall.

If you have insufficient DEBI Kesh, you will see the balance amount to be paid to the merchant before confirming your redemption.

Step Tracking & Connected Devices

DEBI connects to the following fitness trackers to read your step data:

  • Apple Health (iOS)
  • Google Health Connect (Android)
  • DEBI Step Tracker (Android)
  • Huawei Health (Huawei)
  • Samsung Health (Samsung)

Upon login, DEBI will prompt you to enable connection to Apple Health. If already disabled:

  1. Open Apple Health.
  2. Click on your Profile on the Summary page.
  3. Under Privacy, open Apps.
  4. Under DEBI Wellness, slide the bar to allow DEBI Wellness to read data.

Upon login, DEBI will prompt you to enable connection to Health Connect. If already disabled:

  1. Open the Health Connect app on your device.
  2. Click App permissions.
  3. Turn on DEBI Wellness.
  4. Select the data permissions you want to share.
  5. Tap Allow.

*Google Health Connect is built into Android 14+ or can be downloaded from Google Play on Android 8+.

Upon login, DEBI will prompt you to enable the DEBI Step Tracker. If disabled, go to:

  1. Click on Profile.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Click on Connected Devices and toggle on DEBI Step Tracker.

  2. Toggle on Huawei Health and click Close.
  3. Toggle ON and click Continue — you'll be redirected to the Huawei ID Login screen.
  4. Click Allow.
  5. Tick all 3 permission boxes.
  6. Click Enable.

  1. Click on ProfileSettingsConnected Devices.
  2. Toggle on Samsung Health and click Close.
  3. Toggle ON and click Continue — the Samsung Health permission screen will appear.
  4. Enable all permissions.
  5. Click Done.

If you encounter a "permission denied" prompt, it is likely you are not signed in to your Samsung Account. Open Samsung Health, sign in, then try again.

DEBI Kesh (DK) will be credited on the following day:

  • Daily Walkathon Goals — credited at 8am for the previous day's steps.
  • Weekly Walkathon — credited at 2am for the previous week's total steps.
  • Daily Goals (Water, Sleep, Mood) — credited instantly as you log.

IMPORTANT: Once you achieve your target steps, you must open the DEBI App for data to sync. If data is not synced, DK will not be credited by the following morning.

Yes, it is encouraged to open the DEBI app daily to ensure your steps are recorded accurately. DEBI only retrieves data from your fitness tracker when you open the app.

Please note that DEBI will not process past-dated step counts for DK crediting.

Please ensure that you open the DEBI app daily to receive DEBI Kesh for your step achievements.

There could be a delay in syncing data from your device to DEBI. If you're using a wearable, ensure it is synced with its companion app on your phone.

If you are using the DEBI Step Tracker, it uses its own algorithm but rest assured the data is accurate.

Technical Issues

For DEBI Wellness App to function properly, your device must run on:

  • Apple: iOS 14 and above
  • Android: Android 9.0 and above
  • Huawei: HMS Core (APK) 5.0.0.300 and above

  1. Check your app version — ensure it is the latest version.
  2. Check your mobile's operating system and ensure it is updated.

If the issue persists, contact DEBI Support for further assistance.

DEBI Digital Business Card

To update your name, designation, mobile number, or email:

  • Contact DEBI Support for assistance.
  • Note: Changes to your designation & email require prior HR approval. Kindly include the approval in your request to DEBI Support.

Click on the camera icon at the bottom right of your profile picture in the app. You can take a new photo or browse your album.

If you are unable to update your display photo, contact DEBI Support for further assistance.

This is likely because notifications for the Contacts app are disabled. To resolve:

  • Open Settings on your Android phone.
  • Go to Apps or App Management and locate Contacts.
  • Ensure Notifications for Contacts is Allowed.
  • Retry saving the contact — it should now download as a VCF file.

If the issue persists, contact DEBI Support.

DEBI Kesh Multiplier (Spin Wheel)

The DEBI Kesh Multiplier is a daily lucky draw (12:00 AM – 11:59 PM) that gives you a chance to boost your DK rewards from step goals. Each day when you open the app, you can spin the wheel to receive a multiplier applied to the DK earned from step goals. You will receive your DK the next day.

By default, you can spin once per day upon entering the app. However, the number of spins may vary based on your company's program. Please check with your HR/admin.

The results will be displayed in a pop-up modal immediately after spinning. The multiplier will also be recorded in your DK earning history once you achieve your daily step goal.

It does not matter. As long as you have achieved the step goal and spun the wheel within the same day, you will receive the appropriate DK reward the next day.

The floating icon is just a shortcut to the spin wheel. If you dismiss it accidentally, simply restart the app for it to reappear.
